¿Había solo un administrador de organización para su organización Atlassian Cloud y solo un contacto de facturación? Si hay otra persona que es administrador de la organización, esa persona aún debería poder acceder a la información de facturación de los productos de su organización y otorgar ese permiso a otros usuarios.
Si no quedan personas en su empresa a las que tengan acceso de Administrador de organización o Facturación, deberá abrir un caso de soporte con Atlassian directamente para actualizar la información. Puedes hacerlo a través de https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Has your subscription already been deactivated?
Was there only one Organization Administrator for your Atlassian Cloud Organization and only one Billing Contact? If there is another person that is an Organization Administrator, that person should still be able to access the Billing information for your organization's products and grant that permission to other users.
If there are no people left in your company that Organization Administrator or Billing access, you will need to open a support case with Atlassian directly to get the information updated. You can do that through https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
Reactivate account without administrator user
How can I renew a Jira Software account if I no longer have access to the administrator user's email? I want to renew the account and update the payment methods since for now I do not have access to the account administrator only the product administrator.
