Hi Angelica, I am the Jira and Atlassian Admin on our account, I'm having trouble with a new user receiving an invite email,

I've moved your question from its original reply here to keep the Community a bit more organized.
There were a total of four people at your email domain who were on our mail service's suppression list, as your organization's mail server had returned an "INVALID RECIPIENT" error for those addresses. This most often happens when invitations are sent from Atlassian Cloud before the mailbox is ready to receive mail - for example this can happen with new employees or when someone's email address has been changed. Two of the users on the site were on the suppression list and had not logged in, so it's possible they weren't able to receive the invitations.
If you try resending the invitations now, our mail service will attempt to deliver them again. Please let me know if the new user is able to get the invite email now!
