Re: Cannot create classic or next-gen project

We are having the same problem. We want to convert our Next-Gen projects (and create new ones) in Classic so that we can use Portfolio -- but, are not even offered that as an option. Can someone please help guide us?

Hi Todd, welcome to the Community!

I've moved your reply to its own thread to ensure we can keep the causes focused. From what I understand, you're unable to create Classic projects.

Currently, we expect both project types to be available in the Create project dropdown on the projects page.

Is the Classic option missing? Or does some error occur after trying to click the classic option?
