Hello There,

Whenever I re-open an issue and go back to "My Open Issues" window, I cant see them. Therefore I can't track my issues properly

Can you open and check your project workflow and verify as to when you re-open an issue what should be it's new status ?

Eftal Cingoz October 17, 2019

ok, I see. the new status is "to do". However, the re-open ones do not appear under to do status

Are you viewing them on a board - SCRUM or KANBAN ?  Have you checked your board - column settings ?

Looks at my screenshot below - I have marked " SET RESOLUTION " on all my COLUMNS - so all my issues have strikethrough as shown in the other screenshot1.PNG2.PNG
