Rank issues with same priority in JIRA

Hello,

I am using JIRA v6.2.7. I have been assigned multiple 'Major' issues. I have decided which of these issues take precedence with my supervisor, however, is there a way for me to rank these issues in JIRA?

So basically how can I rank issues with same priority in JIRA?

Do you have the Agile plugin? If you do, then it implements a ranking field.

If you don't, then I'm afraid you're pretty much stuck. There used to be a ranking field plugin, but if I remember correctly, it's not usable in later versions of Jira.
