Raise the system floor issue links to the top in JIRA

Good day. Help me please. What can be done to raise the Issue Links field (used to display links to Confluence)? I read that system fields cannot be moved, is there a workaround for this? Addon or something else?

Unfortunately, JIRA does not support any kind of customization in the Issue View Layout, however, we have created a feature request with our development team to get it implemented:

- Customizable Issue View Screen Layout
