Radio Button Custom Field: How do I get rid of or rename the "None" choice that automatically appeared?

I created a Custom Field and only want two options: Yes and No.

When I created the field, I chose Radio Button and typed in the options of Yes and No. "None" option appeared.

Can I delete or rename this option?
