×Can you please advise what is the current RTO and RPO for Atlassian? Additionally, when was the last backup verification test done?
Hi @Samriddhi Upadhyay Gautam and welcome to the Community!
See this article on resilience in the Atlassian Trust Center, which is the most important source for this type of information.
Hope this helps!
I was looking for specific information regarding when was their last DRP test- like backup verification test?

Hello @Samriddhi Upadhyay Gautam ,
It depends on what RTO and RPO you're referring to. If you're asking about Atlassian’s platform-level RTO and RPO, @Walter Buggenhout has provided you with the answer.
However, if you’re asking about the RTO and RPO for your organization’s data within Atlassian products, that responsibility falls on you as the customer. Atlassian follows the Cloud Security Shared Responsibility Model, where Atlassian is responsible for the availability and resilience of its services, while you are responsible for the protection and recovery of your account data.
“it’s your responsibility to implement a disaster recovery program and business continuity plan that ensures that you’re able to operate your business in the event of an unplanned event.”
So, to ensure your own RTO and RPO objectives are met (especially in the case of accidental deletion, ransomware, or insider threats), it's recommended to implement a dedicated backup and disaster recovery solution.
Here you can read more about the shared responsibility model: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/App-Central-discussions/Atlassian-Cloud-Security-Shared-Responsibility-Model-Who-Is/td-p/2489833
Regards,
Daria
