RTM Import to Tree functionality

We import the requirements from old Project to new Project instance. After configuring the RTM to new project instance, all the imported issues from the old project are cannot be found on the RTM using the Import to Tree function. Is this a known limitation or is there any work-around on this?

@Francis John A Chua Have you checked your RTM project configuration? 

Are your Issue Types mapped correctly to RTM? You must have the same Issue Types in RTM configuration which you are trying to import to tree views.

Hi,

yes, all configurations has been performed. i have also tried to reinstalled the plugin, bit still the same. i was able to import the existing issues/tickets after i have created a Story inside the RTM. is this how RTM functions or do i need to do something else first?

@Francis John A Chua  I have one more idea why you may not see those issues. 
RTM works with the current project. That means that all issues you are trying import to the tree have to be in that project. 

Did you use the "Move" functionality to change the project where you store your issues? You need to import them from the old project to the new one first (by native Jira functionality). Then you just import those issue to tree view in the project.
