I try to connect JIRA (https://MyCompany.atlassian.net) from my local SVN client "TortoiseSVN" (Vers. 1.9.2). TortoiseSVN cannot connect to this url. It always return a error message. I saw that there is no rpc plugin installed in my JIRA Cloud. Or must i use another URL to connect to my Jira?
