I set up an advanced roadmap for a JIRA project. After some configuration work I can see EPICs and connected stories below the EPIC.

If I switch to grouping by TEAM the connected stories are not shown at all. But if I create a new story within the grouping this story is shown

Hello @Thomas Kiepert ,

Thanks for reaching out and I am trying to reproduce the behavior you are seeing but I am not sure I fully understand the problem you are encountering, and I'm hoping you can attach some screenshots of the plan showing the disparity so I can take a closer look at how this is being displayed on your end.

But so far in testing, If I have the Hierarchy levels set from Initiative to Story I am trying this out in both of the groups by the options "None" and "Team".  So far in both settings, I am able to see stories under an epic with or without a team associated as they are child issues of the epic i.e.:

And when the Hierarchy is set Epic to story, the Stories without an assigned team show up under the Epic in the lower section "Unassigned", i.e.:

Let me know if you spot any discrepancies in my test setup compared to yours.

Regards,
Earl
