I think there is a misunderstanding here, my initial question was specifically for the JIRA Customer app(JIRA Service Management app). Our customers who raise the bugs/support issues for us have been complaining about the ‘Select All’ option that is not available from the Status drop down as highlighted below.
Please can you guide me in the right direction to get this resolved for our customers.
