Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue with the Kanban board on project [TPG] where only issues of type `R7_Bug` are not displaying as expected.

Here are the details:

- The board uses a JQL filter that correctly returns the relevant tickets, including `R7_Bug` issues.
- The "Columns" configuration shows the correct number of issues per status (e.g. the "LIVRÉ" column displays the right issue count).
- However, the `R7_Bug` issues are **not visible on the board**, even though:
            - They match the board filter
            - Their statuses are correctly mapped to the board columns
            - No Quick Filters or Swimlanes are applied
            - Other issue types (Story, Bug, Task, etc.) appear correctly

Troubleshooting already performed:
- Cleared browser cache and performed hard refresh (`Ctrl + F5`)
- Changed the status of affected tickets and reverted
- Temporarily modified the board filter and restored it
- Verified that the "LIVRÉ" status is properly mapped
- **Deleted and recreated the "LIVRÉ" column** entirely
- **Mapped the "LIVRÉ" status to other columns**, but the issues still do not appear

Despite these steps, the R7_Bug issues remain invisible on the board, although they are included in the filter and counted in the column headers.

As we are on Jira Cloud, we cannot trigger a manual reindex. Could you please assist in identifying the root cause or applying a backend fix if necessary?

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,

Nazim DAMERDJI

Hello @Trudy Claspill
I've just found the problem, it wasn't a question of inheritance, it was a filter that was added to the table to show that the ticket or release had not yet been delivered
Thank you for your reply and your help.

Hello @Nazim Damerdji

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

What type of project are you working with? Get the project Type information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

At what level in the issue type hierarchy do the R7_Bug issues exist?

Level 1 = Epics

Level 0 = types that can be children of Epics (i.e. Story, Task)

Level -1 = subtask types that can be children of issues at Level 0

Did the R7_Bug issues ever display in the board?
