Quick search not able to search keys in certain projects

I recently upgrade from JIRA 4.1 to JIRA 5.2, and for some reason, Quick Search will not search the keys in certain project. For example, it works in our Tech Support Project, but does not work in our Product Management projects.

We have 4 product management key prefixes: PM, PM32, PM33, and PM34. Quick search works fine on anything with the PM-* prefix, but does not work on the PM32-*, PM33-* or PM34-* keys.

Any ideas? Thanks.

I went ahead and tweaked the project key pattern to ([A-Z][A-Z0-9]+)

Hi, have you tried to run a re-index? Refer to https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Search+Indexing. See if it fixes things.

Hi Harry,

Yes I have tried re-indexing. However that does not resolve the issue.
