Quick path from Backup XML file to Hadoop files

Hi All,

            I want to take a jiracloud  backup XML file and store it on hadoop for Analytics. 

Whats the quick and easy way of creating, parquet\orc\avro  files on Hadoop for exploration. Trying to avoid loading it into RDBMS ?
