Quick edit of Issues broken suddenly

First of all im pretty new to JIRA, but everything was running fine for the last Week, and today suddenly the quick edit option on issues seem to be broken

when i click on it a XML file opens with headline#

i'm a bit lost right now :(

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

jira-quick-edit-plugin deals with quick-edit and quick-creating of any issue. You just check whether it was installed correctly or done any changes to that plugin.

Also sometimes jira will not pick up all the plugins loaded into the system. By restarting the jira, I resolved many of such problems.

I experienced the same issue in 6.0.7. I recently upgraded to version 6.1 and it seems to be resolved.
