We have a Pending queue under our UDIIA workspace. Currently any tickets that the status move to the pending queue, but they are also still showing in the all open queue. Does anyone know how i can fix this so that all of the pending status tickets only show in the pending queue and not in both the pending and all open queues

Does this concern a Service project?
If so, the issues that appear in a Queue are selected based on a Filter. You would need to change the Filter for the All Open Queue to exclude the issues in the Pending status. Refer to:
