Question to jira webhooks

Hi there,

first of all: Hello :-)

I have added a webhook to my Jira Project. This webhook works correctly: everytime, when an issue was created, it calls a simple asp.net application. Now i want to find out some data, for example who created this specific issue an so on... i have read that jira works with json... can somebody tell me how i get this data?
