Question regarding synchronization - task update

Hi, I got this situation and I would like to know if is there anyway to sync 2 different jiras

We have a JIRA v6.4 and a db A, our cliente have a JIRA 4.2 and a db B, is there anyway to sync both jiras so when updating a task on JIRA A it will reflect on B?
