Question on Setting Permissions in Atlassian Goals

Could anyone please let me know how to set permissions in Atlassian Goals? I’d like to restrict view/edit access to my team. I tried following the instructions on the Atlassian Support site (link below). However, the “Share" dialog looks different in my instance of Goals, and I’m unable to grant access to specific individuals or remove access for everyone.

It only shows add as follower but not edit and read access .

I have this same problem. There is clearly something weird here because the display says everyone in the workspace can see the goal, but I have tested. Everyone in the workspace can actually edit every field in the goal, and there is no way to change that.

It seems you are not the owner of the goal you want to share.

On each Goal individual permissions apply, so you need to find the owner of the goal you want to share and ask them to grant you edit permissions on the goal.

It seems you can only see this specific goal and you can add followers, but not other viewers or editors.

Also you a probably grant the User role and not the App admin role on the app Goals in Atlassian Administration
