Querying an Insight database table returns error 'relation does not exist'

Hi,

We have some PowerBI reports based on the Jira database.
The people involved now ask me to provide access to the Insight db tables (AO_8542F1%).

When they tried to include these tables in their download, they receive an error 'access denied', altough that they have all 'read' access to the DB.

When I try to query one table (fex. AO_8542F1_IFJ_OBJ) I get the error 'relation does not exist'.

What is the origin of this error?

Ok, access granted, apparently new tables are not getting the default access...

I'd be hesitant in allowing ad-hoc querying of the underlying tables by users. The Insight tables aren't optimized for analysis and usually require complicated joins to get data in a format that users want.
