Hi,

When I look at our service management issues, and hover over the reporter field, I can then view the users account details. In here I can see the Department the user belongs to which has come from our Azure Active Directory.

Is it possible to write JQL to query all issues raised by the department seen in the user profile details?

I'm looking at issue.property expressions but can't figure out if this is possible.

Can anyone help?

@Neil Ingram Welcome! I Do not think that this feature is possible currently, see: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-73346

You might want to do it in similar way using rest api.
