what are the checking points that can be put in place to maintain quality of advanced roadmaps? any suggested process? 

How can we ensure the epics maintain the quality and show the phases of the project?

clarification: with 15 squads/SM is not easy to keep the roadmap view always updated to reflect the plan. I am looking for a way to be able to see how I can monitor quality of the roadmap view
