QUANTIL team members can not upload picture in JIRA task

We are JIRA cloud user. Right now we can not upload any picture in JIRA.

Please resolve the problem as soon as possible. Thanks.

Hello Yongguang,

Can you please confirm if the issue still happening?

As @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- mentioned, there are no problems on JIRA Cloud that could be causing it, so I believe you were facing a cache problem with your browser.

If the problem keeps happening, try to clear your browser cache and restart it. If it does not help, try to use a different browser and let us know your results.

There's no current problems with Cloud, could you explain what you are seeing and if it's still happening?

Hi there,I found the issue around 9AM and it was gone around the noon of 03/01/2019 PST time.

Here is the screenshot, the save button did not work.
