Push Defect: Test Rail sending Reporter as Test rail Admin instead of actual reporter

Hi

I am new to Jira software cloud. At our place we started implementing the Jira Cloud Integrating with Test Rail. How ever when a Reporter (Tester) pushes the defect from Test Rail, the name of the reporter defaulted to Test Rail System user (see screen shot below) instead of actual reporter's name.  I tried in several ways to address this ended up with no luck. Can any one help me how to go about the same.. (We are not using SSO).

Hello, 

In order to have the reporter name be the actual reporter when submitting the defect, please configure the user variables as mentioned in this guide. This allows the actual reporter's name to be used instead of the default fallback account.
