Pull Request Author Not Showing On Jira Cards

On listing the pull requests for a Jira card, the GitHub details are coming through, except for the author, which, recently, has been blank.

Any Ideas?

We have found that you now need to do the following to have this work:

1. Go to https://github.com/settings/profile
2. Check that your email address is the same as it is in Jira
3. Set your email in GitHub to “public” if it's not already

Every developer on your project will have to do this.
