Tengo La Necesidad De que mi cliente Pueda Ver todos los Reportes Generados para su Proyecto Mismos Que fueron creados  por cualquier miembro de su equipo. 

Que opciones tengo para que puea ver sus reportes

I do not understand this question on two levels.  I am ashamed that I do not speak anything other than English. 

But when translated, your question is about sharing reports.

JIRA does that for filters, dashboards and so-on, you just need to go into the definition, and make it available to the people who want to see it.  So, I do not know what else you are looking for?
