Projects missing from System Dashboard

Hello, I installed a new instance of Jira (7.9.2) and used data from our current Jira instance (7.2)

Everything looks ok and is working, except for the Projects pane on System Dashboard, its completely blank and I dont see any errors why my Projects are not showing up,

old 7.2 instance, projects are visible

7.9.2 instance, empty projects,

Health checks are ok, no errors anywhere. Cant be a permissions issue since permissions were migrated from old instance and I can see the Projects from Projects drop down, can also see all my tickets.

Solution: clear browser cache, this error has to do with browser caching Jira data,

trying in Incognito window shows Projects showing up correctly.

the only thing Im getting in the logs is this when I log in,
