Projects, issues, dashboards Options are not working

I have I upgraded Jira 7.3.6 to 7.11.1

Now my Options are not working.

and also in Projects list , It is not showing the project type. Before it used to show either it is software or Service Desk Project.

Now it is not showing

My guess is that you've disabled, removed, or unlicensed Software and Service Desk.

Go to Admin -> Manage Applications to check the status of the Applications.
