How can I grant a group1 and group2 permission to be able to see the project "HR Project"

and Revoke any other to view or access this project?

Hi Mohamed,

you should setup Project Permission Scheme in the right way. In particular, you should manage Browse Project permissions so that contains just group1, group2.

No others groups, roles or users should be have this capability within your project.

Hi @Mohamed El Taweel,

I am assuming the groups you refer to are User Groups that you have set up with the users you would require to access the HR Project.

If the above is correct, you can either directly add the User Groups to the Project Permissions Scheme that the HR Project is using, under the Browse Projects permission. They should be able to view everything within the HR Project.

However, if the Project Permissions Scheme is being shared by several projects, I would suggest setting up Project Roles; choose a particular Project Role that has the Browse Projects permission. In the People section of the HR Project you should be able to assign the User Groups to the Project Role. This allows you to be flexible on a Project-by-Project basis without increasing admin overhead.

Hope that helps.
