I want to implement, when the problem transformation, meet certain conditions, can automatically create a subtask, but I found that the display here is gray, I can not do the relevant operations and Settings.

You have light version. Now you need to go to Jira Data Center If you want to get access the full version. Purchasing a new version on the server is not available

Anything greyed out requires what I'm assuming is a paid subscription.
