Project Url not accessible by one of the user

Hi Team ,

I am using the latest JIRA cloud version in my project . I got an issue with one of the user stating that he is not able to access the JIRA with project url but he is able to access the JIRA through https://id.atlassian.com/login , this site .

How is it possible . can any one help me in this ?

You haven't put them in the groups or roles that allow them access to the project.
