Project Template App Recommendation

Hi Everyone, 

I am looking for the best app to help us templatize project settings AND board settings. I'd simply like to create a new project based on a template that carries over issue statuses, fields, screens, and board columns, workflow etc. Basically reduce the amount of manual config each time we create a new project. 

I am currently using a company managed project as a template, but it still requires a lot of manual config to create the board and board settings.

I'd try these two purpose-built apps before anything else:

1. Project Configurator 
2. Configuration Manager 

Both are very popular and have been available for ages.

I don't know if there is one app that does both. I don't know if there is any app for Jira Cloud that supports agile board templating.

I know that Delegated Project Creator for Jira can help with handling requests for Company Managed projects, presenting "template" project configurations to the users from which they can select.

A quick google search for "jira cloud template agile board" brought up only one Marketplace app, but it isn't supported for Jira Cloud.
