Project Suspended and not viewing in projects

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Recently my Jira Project got suspended and i followed the steps to change the billing plan or subscription to FREE and even after i did changed the subscription ... I can't see my project in all projects
i had changed to free from admin panel ...
but in apps section its showing premium here too ...Please help me out as its been too late for my college's work
