Hi Everyone,

I have created one project role(PR) and assigned two default user(U1 and U2) in it. After it I have created one project and in browse project under the project role added the project role(PR) in it.

As per my understanding U1 and U2 should be able to see the project.
But when I am trying to logging as U1 or U2 user project is not visible/neither issue under it.

Please do let me know if any settings needs to be taken care of.

Hi @Sneha Pandey _xWF_ and welcome to the Community!

It seems that you have modified the permission scheme of your project after you created your project. In that case, default role members will not be added to your project anymore.

This only happens if you create a project with a permission scheme that already has the role in it. You can either do so by modifying the default permission scheme in your Jira instance, as that should be used if you create projects from a template. Or, you can create projects with a shared configuration. In that case the permission scheme of your reference project will be applied.

Hope this helps!
