HI, 

We are using Jira to track Agile project for our ERP system we customise and support.

Agile Methodology is working fine in Project mode, with Delivery sprint and release.

From delivery/Implementaiton of the new feature, system must be maintained and constantly adapt to new requirements, as part of BAU Maintenance activities.

For system, providing Multiple Interelated functionalites and systems, Opening Position, Filling position, Assigning resources to projects, identifying resources with proper skills to fulfil project requisition. Developing in Agile mode, filling Epics, Stories, Adding the Files with mock-ups, and Data flow for each story.

What would you recommend to get consolidated requirements to ensure all the interconnections are identified from Multiple Stories coming from Project A, B and OR C, plus new on going business requirements improvements?

Any suggestion how to Operationalize Agile multiple project implementations and BAU support from a 100% Jira Agile template process?

We must ensure new modifications will not impact or break any existing features, as functionality was incompleted due to Missing global requirements information?
