Project Manage Components and Project Settings > Components doesn't work, just a blank window. The Components button from the project left pane works, but the Manage and Project Tools links don't.

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
Jira DC 8.19.1. This on a closed network without the ability to export logs or screen shots. The issue is the project settings>component window is just blank.
