Our team inadvertently deleted a project board that we have not been able to recover from.  We now have a new board but one impact of this deletion is that we now cannot see sprints on our Roadmap.  We can create new sprints but they do not show up on our Roadmap view.  Any ideas or recommendations on how to regain a roadmap visibility within a project where the original board has been deleted?

Hello @Jason Thacker,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Testing on my local site, I was able to replicate the issue.

I deleted a board that had two active sprints and both were visible on the roadmap.

After that, I created a new board with the exact same filter and selected the location to be the project from the deleted board.

Both sprints were visible on the backlog, but weren’t visible on the roadmap, since it was created and started on the previous board.

Then, creating and starting a new sprint, was visible on the roadmap normally.

Can you please test and start a new sprint on the new backlog/board?

For the previous ones, it will be necessary to delete the sprint, move to the backlog, create a sprint, and move the tickets from the backlog to this new one to start it. Then, it should be visible on the backlog if the tickets are under an Epic.

Kind regards,
Angélica
