Project Auto Failed

Hi, I am running project automation and keep receiving the error that "No transitions to specified status could be found for issues (with current status)"

I do not understand why. I have them both linked to the same workflow scheme and the workflows are exactly the same.

Project 1 is in Software

Project 2 is in JSM

All transitions work except when going to "Closed - 6"

Hey Preston - I would check to make sure that you don't have a Condition on the transition to Closed - 6 that is preventing that particular issue from moving to it.

This suggests that you have issues in a status that does not have a transition going from itself to closed. Or, possibly, one that has a condition on it that does not allow the automation user to use it.
