Program Board: Capacity Calculation

I am using the Program Board Beta. 

When i an an epic onto a spring i see the story points estimated but they are grey with a tooltip: "this issue has been estimated, but isn't included in estimate calculations".

How do i add to capacity calculations or learn more about showing capacity in Advanced Roadmaps and/or the program board?

Not sure if this applies to your case, Andrew, but in datacenter Roadmaps containing Kanban projects mess with having storypoint-based capacity planning.
