I get the JIRA 404 (not found) page when I try to open the "Summary tab" on the profile page (<domain>/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?selectedTab=jira.user.profile.panels:user-profile-summary-panel)
Do you have any ideas about the root cause and in which direction I can try to solve this problem?

Doubled checked all the atlassian and webserver logs. Found the issue: It was caused by the WAF that was blocking a request on the profile page. Thanks for your time!
