Profield error after version upgrade

Hi,

Recently upgraded profield plugin to version 5.1.4 to 5.2.1,now there is an error in admin page also there are no project fields found associated to the project.

 

Attached the log file and errors in UI. Please help to resolve this.

It seems that there was an error with the migration from the previous version. Please, raise a support ticket to https://jira.deiser.com/support and will be glad to help.

You don't need to write again everything, just paste the link to this post. Also if you can provide logs from the moment that you made the upgrade, would be very helpful.
