I'm attempting to perform a product transfer following the directions linked below, but the Transfer Products button is greyed out. I've performed every step except 'Reset User Access'. When I click the link in the Product Transfer Steps, it takes me to the User Access page. However, there used to be a link on that page to 'Reset User Access'. It's not there anymore. Can anyone tell me what the reset did and perhaps I can make the changes manually?
I've done 3 product transfers over the past 2 months without issue. This reset is causing problems.
So, Atlassian moved the 'Reset User Access' functionality, but didn't update their documentation. Awesome.
