Product Dashboards - Public View Access

I created a dashboard that shows product teams burn down charts to enable the view of the charts by one group in Jira. Currently they can see the frame of each dashboard, but the content is empty.

I ensured that the group has access to all projects shown in the dashboard(team member/member access). Please help me here

When sharing dashboards you need to share all filters used in the gadgets in addition to sharing the dashboard itself.
