Hi All,
I would like to create to me a backlog with different columns and statuses for user stories that will be separated from the regular sprint backlog or sprint kanban that we are working with.
I would like to create a different one on the same board, in order that the team will not see all the new items that are being added to the backlog and that they are in design etc because they are less relevant to them in the active sprint.
what do you suggest me to do?
this is our current active sprint columns: ready for dev, dev, acceptance test, ready for qa, qa
what i would like to add before that - new feature, unrefined, design, ready for refinement
