My shop currently uses Confluence and Service Management for Help Desk ticketing. We are considering licensing Jira Software + Work Management so that we can use the Procurement template to replace our rudimentary purchasing system. Is there a way to demo this without having a license of JS? The one sticking point is that we have an executive who only wants to review/approve purchase requests via email, not in a portal. Can the template send out approval emails with embedded buttons that push the approval back to JIRA so that everyone else who uses the portal can get the approval and continue the workflow?
Hi there,
I can give you an answer on the second question (approval buttons in Email).
You can get Approve/Decline buttons in email notifications using notifications from our app Raley Emails Notifications.
