Processing location for personal information in Atlassian Accounts

We have data residency set to EU. According to the article Understand Data Residency, user information in Atlassian accounts cannot be pinned and is handled globally. The text also mentions that the information is "hosted around the world". Is there any information available that is more specific about in which countries personal data in user accounts is being processed?

The "Global" location for Atlassian apps means data is hosted across all of Amazon Web Services' (AWS) regions, which are not limited to specific countries but are spread across continents like

North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, South America, and Africa. While Atlassian has supported specific realms for data residency, the default "Global" option is not confined to a single country or set of countries but includes all AWS regions, with data potentially being moved between them as needed for performance
