That's a problem with the encoding configuration.

El Confluence que me envías es para server, y nosotros usamos Cloud. El problema radica en lo siguiente, cuando hacemos un comentario con scriprunner es cuando salen los símbolos, pero si hacemos comentarios manuales no.
