Problems when closing an issue

Hey guys,

When I close an issue to done, there's nothing to fill.

I want It to ask for the resolution type, like Done, Won't reproduce, etc and also to add a field with a closure comment.

I mean when closing the issue, something like this comes up. How do I set it?

Hi @Mario Amaya 

Simply create a new screen, add field to the screen (resolution, any other custom field created in Jira), than associate this screen in workflow transition (close). Also make those fields required in transition validation.

Hey @Mario Amaya ,

You need to add screen to that particular transition. Before that include all the required fields to that particular screen. ( For this you need Jira admin access.)
