Problems setting up security levels in issues

I have tried to setup security levels in a project, to control access on issue level. I have done as described in the documentation:

Security level is shown as included in the relevant Issue Screen, but 

But I cannot find any security level field in the issue layout, and if I click the issue screen it uses the security level appears as a field.

Make sure that your user has the Set Issue Security project permission.

Yes, the Set Issue Security project permissions are assigned to the user, for the test case myself, but I cannot see the field.

Use the Admin option -> Where is my field in the screen, where you are expecting to see this field.

We are using Jira Cloud and this admin options seems to missing?

I found both the admin menu and security levels by change to the old issue view.

Ah, you can not find it in the new issue view, is it correct? I believe, security levels are not available in the new issue view. Only in the old issue view

Yes this is correct. If you set the security level in the old view, it is seen in the new view as a pad lock
